Forty year old Actress Rachel Griffiths is pregnant with her third child as per some reports.

The Aussie actress has with her husband Andrew Taylor, two children, Banjo Patrick, 5 (named after famous Australian poet Andrew Barton “Banjo” Paterson) and a girl Adelaide Rose who is just three.

About the show well, she was quoted saying “I’m in the most family-friendly show on television, and everybody there is so supportive and thrilled.”

Information is also pouring in that the pregnancy will not be a part of the divorced mom Sarah’s story plot. This is also due to the fact that the production of the running season would end well in time.

To quote Rachel “We’re almost done [with shooting] and I’m not enormous, so I don’t think there’ll be too much of that,”

She further elaborated at the Australia Week Black Tie Gala to US Magazine “It’s brilliantly timed as I always do with my children, without causing the networks too much stress.”

But don’t worry; she seems to be in mood of disappearing. To US magazine she said “I’ll be back to work pretty quick after, which is intimidating,”

The baby is due in July. Let’s wish her all the luck.

Brothers & Sisters is a fantastic series which has restored my faith in prime time shows. Its much awaited third season is currently on air and it has me and rest of the fans glued to the screen with its awesome and engaging drama. I must confess that I tear up at least once in most episodes for I find it very moving. Coming from a large family myself, I find the portrayal realistic enough. Writers have finally been able to introduce to audience with the characters that they would want to know and follow what’s happening in their lives. And Rachel Griffith, oh my god, is she good! She is beautiful, she is smart and she can match the acting level as high as Sally Field, another brilliant actress.

My only rue is the promotion of homosexuality on the show. It no more exists in closets and all of us have relatives of friends who are gays. I respect all people and the choices they make but I don’t support this lifestyle. It gets very uncomfortable when the gay son kisses his next play mate or potential partner. In fact, not all gays are promiscuous as portrayed in the show. One of my cousins, who happen to be gay, has been with the same partner for the last 12 years. I honestly hope that show would concentrate more on the family dynamics and less on the physical display of homosexual behavior.

‘Brothers & Sisters’ holds up the mirror to the real America, to crazy dynamics of a typical American dysfunctional family, to disappointments, heartaches, hopes and despairs and finally to forgiveness and healing. It’s my favorite show, and I can’t wait for the next week.

My all time favorite and most awaited series ‘Brothers & Sisters‘ is back for season three. I am not the one to go for family dramas but this show had me hooked from the day one. Despite dealing with the problems faced by the Walker siblings, the show has not degenerated into another tear jerker. The cast is wonderful and they all have such amazing talent that it feels as if Walkers are real brothers & sisters. Performance of all involved is simply superb, especially Sally Field, Racheal Griffiths and Matthew Rhys. The sibling interaction on the show is real, interesting, and usually dysfunctional which they all know and admit their quest for perfection despite knowing well that they won’t find it. Sally Field is mom all the way, putting her children before her even after they have grown up. Sally is such a wonderful actress and equally wonderful person. Recently, she spoke about her experiences of working and the time she spent with Paul Newman before his unfortunate demise in a meeting organized in the honor of award winning actor by his family, friends and colleagues.

Field said, “I was blessed to have known him. The world is better because of him. Sometimes God makes perfect people and Paul Newman was one of them.” The legendry entertainment icon is known for inspiring many with his success and philanthropic works. Many other well known actors including George Clooney, John Cusack, David Letterman, Martin Scorsese and Robert Redford spoke in the honor of the great actor. Paul lost his battle with cancer at the age of 83. As announced by his publicist, he was surrounded by his family and friends in his last hours in his farm house in Westport, Connecticut.

She learned from the legend himself as she acted along with him in 1981 film ‘Absence of Malice’. Apparently, Sally was inspired enough by the prolific and talented Newman that she won Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama recently for her work. And we all love her so much for her role of Nora Walker, matriarch of Walker family.

Well, the search is over if not on screen, then off screen. The creators have finally decided who will play the role of Ryan. And, the lucky guy who fetches this really big role is ‘Luke Grimes’. This 24 year young guy has managed to get himself this big role on ABC’s hit series ‘Brothers & Sisters’.

This series is very popular because of its star cast. This is one series which has very impressive star cast. The star cast includes people like Sally Field, Calista Flockhart, and Rachel Griffiths, who are well known personalities. I guess Grimes is very lucky that he will get to work with such talented people. It is also in news that if everything works out between them and that if he is a hit among fans, they might make his character a regular one.

According to sources, the character of Ryan will first appear in the fourteenth episode, of the fourth season. In the series he’s described as an ‘All-American kid who once upon a time dealt drugs but was past that now.’ Well, we hope that everything works out for him and that he manages to make it big with his really big role in his real life.
